“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I strutted into Best Buy like I was about to enter a tech-themed amusement park, and BAM—five friendly greeters appeared as if by magic (or maybe they’re secret tech ninjas)! I half expected one of them to offer me a cape and say, “Welcome, superhero of shopping!” One standout team member zoomed over faster than a cheetah on roller skates to help me find exactly what I needed. I’m convinced he might even have a PhD in “Solving Tech Mysteries 101.”
From the moment I stepped inside, the service was so epic it could give blockbuster movies a run for their money. If Best Buy were a superhero, they’d be Captain Awesome, saving the day one gadget at a time. Five stars, a standing ovation, and maybe even a parade in my honor—this is hands-down the best tech adventure I’ve had in ages!”
“Couldn't ask for a cleaner refurbished computer! On top of that they went out of their way to provide the options I asked for. They take care of their customers. Prices are reasonable, not overpriced like others I checked. If you are buying refurb, I think it's better to go with them rather than playing the lottery with an unknown seller and hoping to get a bargain. It's worth the peace of mind.”

“Although it is 35 minutes from my home, sitting down with a Genius to get help with my product was far superior than trying to get help on the phone. The store was busy, although I have seen it busier. Nonetheless the wait was minimal. I have always wished there was a retail Apple store closer. This is a large metro area with one store. I would love to have a downtown Indianapolis store or one on the N-S corridors between downtown and Greenwood.”
