“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I strutted into Best Buy like I was about to enter a tech-themed amusement park, and BAM—five friendly greeters appeared as if by magic (or maybe they’re secret tech ninjas)! I half expected one of them to offer me a cape and say, “Welcome, superhero of shopping!” One standout team member zoomed over faster than a cheetah on roller skates to help me find exactly what I needed. I’m convinced he might even have a PhD in “Solving Tech Mysteries 101.”
From the moment I stepped inside, the service was so epic it could give blockbuster movies a run for their money. If Best Buy were a superhero, they’d be Captain Awesome, saving the day one gadget at a time. Five stars, a standing ovation, and maybe even a parade in my honor—this is hands-down the best tech adventure I’ve had in ages!”

“Went around noon, wasn't too busy. It's such a weird system to just walk around and look like you're lost until someone asks if you need help. If you know what you want I recommend just ordering it online and to choose to pick it up at the store. I knew exactly what I wanted but the person that helped me today was extremely nosy about my choices and kept asking me, "Why?"
But once all the interrogations were over it didn't really take too long to get my product (iPhone 16 Pro), pay and have someone place a protective screen on for me. A lot of these reviews are a bit misleading and harsh.
I did however notice there were probably as many people "working" as there were people shopping or getting help. Getting ready for the holiday rush I suppose but yeah. I dont really feel comfortable walking up to people and interrupting their conversation but I feel like if you really need something or are in a rush, that's what you have to do.”
