The manager of this store is rude, confrontational and insulting! The atmosphere in the store is tense and oppressive when she is present. Can’t believe that upper management at Chico’s corporate office would allow a person of her caliber to be the face of store management. Very disappointing - will never shop in that store again.

This store has a very large selection of casual and formal wear. I was very impressed by just how much they have here. It was a lot bigger inside than I expected it to be from the outside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with redeeming my coupon. Many patrons that came in while I was there, they knew by name. That's definitely not something you see a lot of at a chain clothing store. It helped me to feel very welcome.

I loved! The best attention! Mrs. Carol, super attentive with very good taste, helped me with everything and above all she understood me and she doesn't speak Spanish, but she did everything to understand me, super attentive! 100% for Carol

We stopped in last night. We were walking by and my daughter noticed the bath bombs. She immediately became excited and we purchased some. She loves them, they smell amazing, and the staff was very friendly.
