Providing identification when both walking in and driving up is ridiculous when it is a deposit. After a year you would think they would look at the account FIRST!

Nice staff at this location, but chase does like to screw it's customers with high exchange rates. You would think they'd give you a decent rate being a large bank. It was $50+ more than the rate online. Unfortunately, I needed it quick so I couldn't wait to get a fair rate, so I'm just gonna whine about it on here. ?

This is my preferred branch. I've opened a few accounts here and the staff are friendly, they acknowledge you here and are willing to help.Recently I planned to make a large purchase and was under a quickly approaching deadline. I called this branch to ask what Chase could offer me. Shauncey provided an option and was able to get me in quickly to go over the details that day. He took complete care of me, explaining the benefits and even went the extra mile to rush my new card to me so I could make the purchase.I highly recommend this location for your needs, and working with Shauncey. He's friendly and personable, and I have no doubt he will do everything he can to take care of you.

Pathetic customer service, needed copy of transaction history stamped or verified for lender, bank would print me a copy but refused to certify or stamp it came from bank ??Most absurd policy, absolutely could care less what was needed

I have been going to this Chase for YEARS! I've met some incredible people. But lately, every time I go there's someone new and service is incredibly slow. My son and I were in line for awhile and had to leave, get back in the car and drive around to the window just to get service. Meanwhile there's staff, in their cubicles having personal conversations. The customer is the backbone to any company. Do better!!!

Terrible!!!! I had a recent transaction on my account that i did not do, i filed a dispute they returned my money then took it back out again!! I went to this location to see if someone could hopefully help me but when i went in the women who was working didn’t care to help me. She didn't even ask for my account number to look up the info or ask about the situation, just told me there was nothing i could do. Im happy that chase bank on 146th and Hazel Dell actually did something to help with my situation! Will never go to this location again which is sad because its so close to my house.
