I needed to update authorization on a business account. I called this branch five times between 9am and noon but no one answered their phone. I also called their service center but they would not set up a branch appointment. Their mobile app and website would not allow me to schedule an appointment either. I went into the branch and was told I’d have to wait an hour to speak with a manager. I’m not going there again.

I had an surprising experience. I went to the branch Saturday morning to open a savings account, or so I thought. I eventually went to teller and ask her how to do it. She informed me a 'banker' had to do it. She checked their schedule. Tuesday was the earliest I could see someone to open an account. This is when they should be at their best. She did offer an online option. If going online, I might as well go to an online bank. Full customer is very lacking. What if I really needed help with something urgent? I'm sorry, if you schedule an appointment we might help you in two or three days. I will find a bank that can help me more real time. I wish I knew the teller's name, she was very courteous and professional. I would leave 1 star, but she alone prevents me from doing so.

I have had 4 house purchases with different lenders. Chase was by far the worst. First they entrapped me by promising down payment for my new home from my current home equity. After the offer was accepted by seller, they went back in their word and I had to scramble to gather funds. Then they made all kinds of unreasonable demands that were just unnecessary and stupid. Finally, after promising to match competitors interest rates and to adjust if rate lowers at my time of purchase, they refused to do this as well. I hope this is enough to steer you away from considering Chase for your mortgage. If you have a local loan shark, you might consider going that route

Mortgage lender demanded signatures on documents when none is required. Never responded to an email inquiring why he "needed" my signature on those documents.

I went to this branch previously before this post and had a small issue with the bank over charging me for I transaction I went back to resolve that issue and the bank was not willing to assist in solving the matter in a timely manner I request to speak with the branch manager who took a very long time to come see me during a business day. System error double charge.. check your account before yout leave.

Poor service at the drive-through. Only car in line. Teller rather chat with coworkers than perform teller services. I took back my transaction and went to a different bank. 1 year ago I posted the above review. I am updating the review because since then there has been a change of staff and they are far mor helpful now than they were in the past. Great service today. Stephanie is awesome.

This is based on my experience. Been banking here for years, but corporate is treating me like it does not matter. Was double charged for a stove for $620.29 on March 5 that we were purchased from Lowes. This happened because we used Samsung pay and the cashier stated it did not go through. We then used our debit card. The next day we saw the double charge. Called the bank on March 6, the bank representative did a three call with Lowes accounting which confirmed that we only bought one stove and not two. The bank representative promptly removed the second charge. We thought this was done until yesterday, May 3rd when the second charge reappeared. We again promptly called the bank which we transferred to 4 different people whom seemed to careless and seem to forget and seem not to understand that it was a double charge and that we called and handled this two months ago. They stated this could take up to 2 weeks all the while my account is negative and I am unable to purchase medicine for my type 1 diabetic son and pay for bills. Please note this review is more for corporate Chase. The people at the physical bank have been polite and friendly when doing minor transactions such deposits or withdrawals.

I've been to this location three times in the last three weeks and the drive up ATM always says it cannot dispense cash. I don't know whether this is on purpose or if it never gets fixed but the inconvenience especially during this busy time of year is definitely not customer service friendly. I've even waited in a line of four cars just to find out that I had to turn around and wait an additional four people at the indoor ATM. I understand that machines go down and must be fixed but three times in three weeks? Some kind of signage for all unknowingly waiting would be kind.
