My wife and I just went to have our cars washed here. Her rear windshield wiper, which was in perfectly good condition, was snapped off at its base while inside the car wash. That is now a $100 repair for something that is completely their fault. The manager refused to compensate us beyond offering free wash coupons. I would understand if the part was already worn down, but that was definitively not the case here with our new car. Worse, they even admitted that this “happens all the time because the plastics get worn down” (an actual quote from an employee). They ARE responsible for damages. Any goodwill they created with the actual $8 wash jobs was completely negated by this nonsense. We are never coming back here. Do not support this unprofessional and negligent business.

I have been coming here for years to get a car wash. Since they added the free vacuums I don’t go anywhere else. The vacuums are better than the paid ones at a certain chain of car washes. Additionally, I recently had my car detailed and I am obsessed with how clean they got my car. There wasn’t a speck of dirt anywhere. I usually don’t pay for detailing I just DIY it, but I would definitely take my car back all over again. The manager/owners is always very pleasant as well.

The customer service is amazing. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist. The wash that my car received was great. I rated three stars because I paid for my dash to be wiped, car vacuumed, and my windows cleaned inside and out. They did, but not well. I probably won’t come back here, but thank you guys and lady for your service.

Great wash with 6 kids spraying and scrubbing before I went in and drying when I came back out. Free vacuum at the end made things perfect!
