I went in this store to return some tights that were too small for my daughter. I sent my daughter with the pair of tights that we were returning so that she could find the same brand tights but in a bigger size. My daughter accidentally put back the tights that we were exchanging back on the shelf. Once I got to the cash register not realizing my daughter put back the item we were returning. I advised the cashier (Jess) that I wanted to exchange the tights for a bigger size and she preceded to ask me “What do you mean” I explained the situation and sent my daughter to get the tights that we were returning back off the shelf, Jess then preceded to say that I have the wrong receipt and I advised her that it is the correct receipt and pointed out the 3 pack of tights on the receipt. Then she goes “well this is not the correct serial number on the receipt,” and says “and these tights still have the security tag on it.” I then stated that those are the correct size tights that I need. She then goes “I can do a no receipt exchange” then asks me for my ID to exchange the item. I advised her that I have never had to show my ID to exchange a $6 item, she then says well this is for fraud protection and I’m like lady “do I look like I am trying to fraud you for a $6 item and mind you I am in here also purchasing items! I didn’t like feeling like I am being accused of fraud or stealing for $6. I asked who was the manager then she states that she is the manager, then I asked well who is your manager then she says “Nancy “ I wrote my name and number down and requested that Nancy call me. Jess was rude and very unprofessional and I was NOT happy with my shopping experience what so ever, I am contemplating if I will return to this store

Less stocked than normal, fewer items in store. Addition of dressing rooms up front to staff the store less is both good and bad.

Very clean,,but we ask one of the younger ladies yesterday about how much the men black sneakers she had no idea she was putting clothes out from where people left with a red tag and she wasn't sure so we went to the cashier and who they called the same person was not sure..and she just put anything down because she was not sure..she said a higher number to us...wasn't cool have great day....

Stinky unclean store I have never had any lucky with this store and honestly wouldn't be mad to see them go bankrupt due to the fact you never see anyone hardly at it not going here again!

I love shopping at Burlington but the one in Greenwood has gone so downhill over the last few years. This location was clean, organized, and so honestly refreshing. My mom found some shoes she liked (never happens anywhere) and I found a semi-formal dress for an event I have coming up for just $12.99. Score!
