I have gone to this bank multiple times and the people inside couldn’t be more kind. Im grateful that i chose this to be my first choice in banking because whenever i need help i can come to this branch and the ladies inside will get it done quick. I don’t understand why people are being so hateful and rude in these reviews because i have never been a part of or seen a bad interaction between a customer and the people who work here. They probably just didn’t get what they wanted and threw a tantrum. This place is awesome and I will always remember coming here when i get older. Thank you!!!

I am so pleased with my bank! I've been with them since they first came to Indianapolis. My contact, Zooia, is the best! She is so pleasant and always treats me with the utmost respect. I can't imagine banking with any other financial institute.

Worst customer service that I have ever received from any bank branch. The lady that was "helping" me made several big mistakes and did not know what she was doing most of the time. The manager had to keep helping her and called me rude. Yes, I was frustrated because I did not receive adequate service! Other reviewers agree that it's the manager that should treat his customers better. I think if a person does not know their job requirements well, they should not work with customers directly until they learn. She even gave me a wrong debit card and tried to dismiss it as an accident. Bank employees should not allow themselves to have such "accidents". Overall, I'm happy with the bank, but unhappy with customer service. Please hire people that can actually do their jobs so that customers do not need to spend hours at the branch!!

I put one star just so I could leave this review! I spoke with "Brian" about opening up a savings account and he had no idea what he was doing and he was very rude! He hung up on me after I asked to speak with another representative because of how rude he was! I am considering leaving this bank, I should be respected as a customer!!! So disappointing.

I do not recommend BMO Harris Bank!! My mom went to her local branch and asked to get pre-approved for a mortgage. The branch manager talked her into signing her up for a Line of Credit which is not what she wanted!!! She didn’t understand fully what this was and the impact of the loan and that there are penalties to closing it before the term is up. Yet, she was locked into a 3 year line of credit. Now her house has sold, and she is being penalized for closing the Line of
