Stay very far away from this bank. Money direct deposited and they suspect a fraudulent deposit they will lock all your accounts. Instead of just holding the suspected amount they will make a nightmare out of your day.

I’m an active duty service member. The customer service is terrible. This is not how I should be treated. Will not answer my calls. Will not tell me why my money has not been deposited into my account. I will be switching to USAA as soon as possible.

This bank in particular stands out amongst all other banks I have been to. Their customer service and efficiency exceed any and all expectations. Fantastic employees and a very positive atmosphere.

The only reason I give a one star is that there are no negative stars. After a 23 year relationship including loans over 200 k this bank would not make a 52 k loan for equipment But could make a lease in 2 days! I got my loan at a good rates at Old National in 2 days! BMO gave me a lot of hassle about closing my business account. This bank i.e. EXTREEMLY uncooperative with business and I would suggest to anyone establishing a business or acquiring equipment in Noblesville to go elseware unless you enjoy being pimped over!

By far one of the greatest banks I have ever been to. Everyone here is amazing and I love them to death . They go Out of their way to help you any way they can they genuinely care about you.
