More often than not the scanner for the BJ's card isn't working correctly, and if you can't scan your card you can't get gas. The system at the pump also runs very slowly. It's very annoying and the only reason I seldom go here.

Horrible service. Ordered a gift card online and it stated it would be delivered within 1-2 hours via email. Needed it for a restaurant we were visiting later that evening. Never delivered and received it 2 days later.Called the very next day to make sure they canceled since it was still showing as a "pending order". They processed it anyways after being told By the representative it would be canceled and not deducted from our checking account. The very next day, the gift card was emailed to me and deducted from our checking. Called customer service again and they said there's nothing they can do. Cancelled our membership. Horrible service. We will continue our membership at Costco.
