I work across the street from Joe’s Auto Service off of 146th street and the customer service is amazing! They take care of not only me but also my coworkers as well and get things done in a timely manner as we can just drop our vehicles off during work and pick them up before we get off! :) Dion is the service advisor who is very kind and is extremely helpful with your issues! Can not recommend them enough!

Took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment & wheel balance. Was told by the Store Manager, Nicholas Demetriades, that the "inner & outer tie rods have no threads due to corrosion..." (see pic) and the repair cost would be $1,100!!! ? The next day, I took my vehicle to the dealership and was told, "Big O Tires tried to rip you off!!!" Dealership showed me that my tie rods were good & tight with no movement in the tire nor did I need an alignment but just had a bad tire with a broken belt. Go figure, take your vehicle to a tire service center at Noblesville, IN location & they do not even know what a defective tire is!!!! ?

They got my car fixed that day. Took it in around 1pm and was done by 5pm. Reasonable price and quality work. Will use them again.

I've been using this shop and their affiliate in Carmel ever since I graduated from college. I mainly went here since they used to be a Big O Tires franchise. This enabled me to get my tires warrantied in the event of a blowout anywhere in the US due to Big O Tires's affiliation with National Tire & Battery. However, this shop is no longer affiliated with Big O Tires. While I was going to visit a Big O Tires franchise for my tire needs in the future, I planned to use Joe's Auto Service for all my other repair needs. In light of this, I recently drove up to get my car looked at and arrived just after 5 pm. I talked to the guy at the front desk, and asked if the shop would be able to take a look at my car that day. He told me they wouldn't be able to since they "close in thirty minutes." I'm not sure how thirty minutes is the same span of time as one hour, but I guess that's how mechanics tell time. He told me "I could bring my car back the next day" like it's just that easy. Even though there were four mechanics smoking together out back when I left, I'm absolutely sure they were all without a doubt doing important work and were unavailable to assist at that time. It's pretty disappointing to be treated this way, and I regrettably will not coming back to this shop for repairs. I will note the general manager turnover seems to be fairly high: by my calculation, there have been three new general managers in the last 2 years. I'm sure that definitely affects the customer service and work ethic of the mechanics at this shop.Services: Transmission

The crew at Joe's got me in twice in a matter of days on short notice to inspect a couple used cars I was evaluating for purchase. Appreciated the quick service and expert advice.

Never go there!! I have been waiting 4 weeks for a refund. This store and the Carmel location are a franchise owned by the same guy. I waited 5 weeks for parts to come in and they never showed up. After a lot of back and forth with Jake (district manager) I finally asked for my money back. Even though I ordered the parts over the phone with my card they say they cannot refund the money back to the card and that it has to be sent via check. On May 26th I was told the owner, Joe Peil, would be sending a check out on Monday. It is now June 26th and I still have not received a refund. Do not do business here for anything more than an oil change

I had just gotten all of my brakes replaced and that mechanic thought a wheel bearing might be bad. Since I live within walking distance from this Big O location, I took it to them for an inspection. It was only days after getting all new pads and rotors and the car had not been driven yet. They said that my brake calipers had seized up and destroyed my new brakes, quoting over $1800 to replace pads, rotors, brake lines, calipers, and flush the fluid. They said there was nothing left to the new pads and rotors. When I picked up the car and said that I wanted to get a second opinion, they tried to charge me a $135 diagnostic fee (which I did not pay).I took the car to another mechanic who was nice enough to take the wheels off and go over with me everything on the Big O quote. Every last item (down to the fluid) was 100% in perfect working order. They had said that the calipers were so seized up that the tires couldn't even be turned by hand, which they very obviously could. We took everything apart and inspected the function of every part of the brakes. The pistons could easily be moved back and forth. The Big O quote was 100% made up. I am so glad I took the time to take it somewhere else before paying for such costly repairs.

I had experienced the worst customer experience ever before with this store. The call representative didn't know the call etiquette. He hung up my phone as soon as I said that I wanted to cancel the appointment, but actually, I wanted to purchase another set of tires brand. Such a disappointed customer service... I'm sorry you just lost one customer, maybe more.

Big O Tires in Noblesville is the BEST place to take your automobile. We have taken all of our cars there for over 5 years and each time we go, we know our cars are in good hands. Jake, the previous manager and now the regional manager, is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I just met the new manager, Nick, and he is just as professional and friendly as Jake. We take our cars to Big O for all of our service needs (new tires, oil changes, brakes, tune ups, etc.) If you want a place you can trust, go to Big O in Noblesville!

We recently needed assistance from Big O Tires. While our first experience with the 86th Street store in Indianapolis was less than helpful, our experience with the Noblesville, Indiana store was fantastic. Jake, Randy and Nick were amazing and very helpful.Jake and Randy are were able to resolve our issue and were great. Jake and Nick are managers at the store and very professional. We highly recommend this location for any of your automotive needs. Thanks again for assisting us and we will be bringing our vehicles back when service is needed.
