I was able to make a repair appointment, drive to the store, wait, and then be told their equipment doesn't work and they can't help me.
I shouldn't have to spend my time and gas to find this out. I shouldn't have to go anywhere. If they can't service customers they shouldn't let them book appointments or should go us the courtesy of a call instead of spending our time and money.

If I go to social media it’s gonna be to blast you all over it!! My next move is coming in your store and I’m gonna raise hell so loud everyone I there will know!!
So just so you know before you shop here, there is no customer service from the store. You cannot get a phone call through to the store, Best Buy customer service can’t even call the store. Secondly Customer Service has handled offshore, you might have to call three or four times before you find one that you can actually communicate with. Then when you do, it’ll take weeks for them to respond. I ordered a washer and dryer. It was delivered. Extremely beat up, the delivery driver refused to even take it back. He left it in my house. I called Best Buy, they told me that someone from the store would call me that day, I said it’s OK if they don’t call back today, they can call me tomorrow. She said no they will be calling today. They will actually call you within five minutes. That was two effing weeks ago. I’m still waiting on that call!!! When I call back, another guy tells me, there’s nothing more he can do, they’ve already told the manager I’m having a problem, and that he should call me. I’m about to roll up in that store and I’m gonna create the biggest scene they’ve ever seen. Everybody in the store is going to hear me, and know the problem. Do better Best Buy, and I’m really pissed because you were recommended to me from someone, that caused themselves, my friend. That friendship is in question at this point. I have laundry. I need to do, do your job, how about that?

the manager paul is so rude !! we try to spend money on the store we coming to the store intend to buy 80 inch tv but nobody try help us out !! 3-4 people we ask just walk by !! so rudee !!! you need to change all the employee there today especially paul he don't care about his job !! gotta put respect with customer not base on the look this store always judge you by your look !! we spend 6000$ last week in appliance and pc put some respect a bit !! all the worker do there just hanging out with each other and talk to each other !!

I pay extra every year to be a total tech member, which supposedly gets consumers extra benefits. But apparently it doesn't with a Frigidaire refrigerator that I bought 3 months ago. The temperature has malfunctioned and instead of Best buy helping, I've been subjected to Frigidaire and they're non-existent customer service. So after throwing away an entire refrigerator of food, neither Frigidaire or Best buy has made good on their guarantees.
Too bad.

Last dryer I purchased from same Noblesville Best Buy store was delivered to my same Noblesville home address. Just purchased a new dryer from same Noblesville Best Buy store and being told I have to wait 5 more days for delivery because Best Buy wrongly set up to be delivered to my credit card address in a different city, Indianapolis. The time difference is a problem since my husband is disabled and Incontinent. Now, no dryer for days to clean urine soaked bedding. Thanks

Customer service is seriously declining and it seems most companies are oblivious. As I was entering the Noblesville, In. store, there was a group of employees standing around talking. One was on the ground. When I entered to pick up my order, there was a lady standing in line looking around for help, she had been standing there for a while. I stood there waiting for a while and then three more people came up to join us in waiting. After a while some of the employees who had been outside came in but gave off the attitude that we were nothing more than an inconvenience. You can do better, Best Buy!

Since I am technologically challenged, I depend on the honest advice of others. Best Buy has been to me just that over the years. Receiving the right information to make a purchase or not. They have always steered me in the right direction.

The guys at Best Buy off of 37 in Noblesville know their stuff! We purchased a Sony TV. Color & clarity are phenomenal. With their help, we were able to make a great choice! Thank you

The manager of this store would not replace the parts for my Apple MacBook M2 computer, I had a bad charging cord, and once he found out I didn't buy the applecare+ plan from him, he pulled the replacement cord away, and said they don't replace parts like that @ Best Buy.... I opened up my MacBook m2 to show that it doesn't expire until 2029 and he pulled the receipt and showed that I didn't buy the care from BEST BUY so he pulled the cord away and said APPLE will have to deal with it. I have never been so corned and DISRESPECTED by a store manager in my life. So BECAUSE I DIDN'T BUY APPLE CARE +, from Best Buy and got it on the computer, (the same day btw), he told me I would have to wait for Apple to ship a new cord! I was impressed by the fact that my college semester restarts the day after tomorrow and he still said NO. THAT BEST BUY DOESN'T REPLACE PARTS ON THE SPOT, well he pulled a cord box out of the box, started to unwrap it, then when he saw the APPLECARE didn't come from B.B. COMMISSIONS HE PULLED IT AWAY!!!!!!
his name is JUSTIN DAVIS, I wouldn't be surprised if this guy just hates his job or the company he works at, I wish I would have recorded this whole event. Thanks for all the help Justin, very appreciative.
