Staff is great here. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they do book recommendations to highlight some of their favorite books throughout the store.

It's laid out a bit sporadic, but is clean and organized well. I wish there were more "sit down" spots, but due to the size I understand. Employees were kind and helpful.
