“I normally go to a different location but I stopped in here for a quick oil change. The one I normally go to just changes the oil and that’s it. This one checked my tires, filled them, checked all lights and washed my windows.
The manager even came out and asked if everything was going okay and if I needed a drink.

I went Hyundai of Noblesville as I was considering trading in my car for a larger vehicle. I was greeted by saleswoman Jennifer Wright and offered assistance. She was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about Santa Fe. Before and during the test drive and she explained features of the vehicle relevant to me.
When it came to the time to crunch numbers Zach from financing came to her desk, introduced himself, and asked the terms I ideally wanted for the vehicle. It was an extremely pleasant and welcomed surprise. He returned and the terms worked for me, so I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited.
Jennifer Wright had my new car detailed and then spent another 30 minutes helping me personalize my vehicle and pairing my iPhone. 10 out of 10 service!”
“If it weren’t for Lauren and Chad stepping in and saving Christian’s sale, I wouldn’t have bought the car. Christian and Geoff are the worst kind of salesmen/manager and should be ashamed of trying to take advantage of a Veteran right after thanking him for his service. Other than that I’m a happy customer. Buyer beware, sales tax is 7%. You can check it on your cell phone yourself before signing a thing. Don’t ever let anyone take advantage of you or treat you like an idiot.”

“Scott was fantastic to work with. He was patient in setting up a time to bring my car in, since I have a weird schedule, then he took a long time to explain what was going on with my car. There was a lot, so he gave me space to process the information and ask questions, as well as he understood that things would have to be done in stages. He helped me develop a plan and assign priority to projects.
When I picked my car up, they had all kinds of surprises waiting for me. Everyone was so friendly, the shop was well cared for, and the service is second to none. I’m glad I found such a great place to get my car serviced. Will definitely recommend.”
