I visited this post office on July 15, and I just want to say how grateful I am for the wonderful experience I had. To be honest, I was a little nervous to go because my first experience (at a different post office) had been very, very negative. So this time, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
But everything turned out completely different—in the best way. Karen, the woman who helped me, was incredibly kind and patient. No matter what I asked, she took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.
I honestly don’t have enough words to thank her. People like Karen make a big difference.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The woman at the front desk spoke rudely to us as we walked in the door and never got nicer. I have no idea why she was so angry. The women’s working with her was nicer but not overly helpful. I was appalled at the way we were treated.

I was told online and over the phone that walk ins were accepted 8am-9am. When getting there ready to go I was turned away in a very rude manner being told “I don’t know where or when you saw that but we’re not doing it today, we don’t accept walk ins” by the ladies working there. She was very very rude and clearly didn’t want to help, probably shouldn’t be working front desk…

My wife and I went in today to get passports and we were an hour early and the lady let us start anyway. I forgot her name but she was amazing and such a big help today! She made the whole process very easy and understandable. Thank you!

If I could give a negative, I would. Never got the first notice, let alone the second. I even called and they said no problem, we'll hold it until you can get here.....NOPE

I'm very frustrated with the delivery service. Two weeks in a row, I was expecting a delivery which tracking said would arrive, watched delivery truck stop at mailbox, but alas, no items were delivered. Why would it say out for delivery, and not be delivered? This is ridiculous! Two weeks in a row this has happened.

Don't move to Nineveh or you will never get your packages delivered on a Saturday. They always claim they attempt to deliver, but i am home everyday and their is a box at top of hill for packages, they never deliver any packages on saturday here.... ever... this has been going on for years.. How can they just lie and say they are attempting delivery, when obviously they are just filling out a card that says they tried and not even trying. I guess the car is easier to drive when you just dont bring any of the packages for Saturday deliveries.. Weekday deliveries are somewhat normal, Saturday Package deliveries are a lie and a joke.

Horrible service. They wont deliver packages half the time and never on Saturday (even though they turn around in your driveway??). I had to have Amazon "de-prioritize" the post office so that they won't ship with them. This business should not accept packages if they cannot deliver them.

Wish there was a lower rating mail is late daily in nineveh have a fairley large driveway and covered porch yet get papers saying they can't deliver my package I understand getting backed up and having to work later than intended but at least make an effort to do your job I work a minimum of 12 hours a day Monday through Friday so not much simpathy from me
