I'm only giving one star because you have to at least give one. We have lived here for over 15 years and have only been there a couple of times. My oldest daughter was getting change and the lady came out yelling that if she wasn't going to spend all her change there, then she couldn't get change. And TURNED OFF the machine. She was getting a couple of dollars for the laundry mat at her apartments but was going to use the car wash. Very Bad Customer Service Do not recommend. I recommend halo car wash on hwy66 here in Newburgh. And also my other daughter was cleaning out her car and the same female came out and said "this is not a dump"

I came here a few weeks ago. Some of the functions on the manual wash were not working and my card was charged. I called the number and left a message. A woman called me back and said she didnt have tokens and I'd have to catch her up there for any kind of refund... never saw herToday I went, hoping it would be different. No, my card was charged for the manual wash and functions did not work. This is the last time I waste my money here. The wash next to taco bell in newburgh is better.Service: Interior vacuuming

Terrible experience, attendent not present. Carwash not working. Just sprayed pre rinse with soap. Left car wash with soap all over my car. Tried to call number listed and got a fax machine. Paid $9.00 for #4 car washtrn: 0 :19911 . Went to Tommys to get soap washed off. Very disappointing.
