This morning I was trying to use cashier check out, I had $300 of merchandise, which included a case of beer. The cashier was underage and couldn’t finish my account. She called for a manager, who after 7 minutes did not come! Waste of my time. I ended up not purchasing the beer. Management either needs to come in a timely fashion OR not have underage cashiers! Now I will have to buy my liquor elsewhere.

It was fine till we went to a cashier to check out. It turned out that the cashier ran up an item twice so it put us over our limit but we didn't know that for over 20 minutes as we were trying to figure out what happened as we had budgeted correctly and double checked everything through the WIC app. The cashier ended up asking his fellow co-worker for help and she couldn't figure it out either. When we showed her the receipt, it didn't say anything and we told her that we verified everything with the app she asked us why the app can't tell us what didn't get covered. We of course told her that's not how it works, and then my husband flagged down the team lead. He suggested re-ringing us up at a self check out to find out more, and this old lady (the worker) kept insisting it was probably the yogurt we grabbed. When I told her it wasn't and it's clearly on the recipt showing that it was accepted she wouldn't accept that and then told me how she has 8 grandkids and 1 daughter who uses WIC so she knows a thing or two about it; and her daughter can only get vanilla yogurt because that's the only thing they cover. Well guess what? They cover other flavors too, as I obviously know this because I only get fruity flavors (make sure to mention that to your daughter ma'am, so she can get some variety yogurt in her life). Well she yet again mentioned that she knows WIC and it had to be the yogurt. Acting like my parenting experience paled in comparison to her years and giant family, which she was quick to correct me that it wasn't about age either, so I guess it's a miracle I've survived this long without this 80 year old in my life. I told the team lead I didn't appreciate being talked down to and having my experience diminished and he said he'd talk to her. Hopefully he does but I strongly want an apology from the female worker before I come back and I'll update my review if I do. But I refuse to shop at a store where I don't feel comfortable to be at, let alone spend my money at, and has workers that give a bad example to my impressionable child. I already am getting treatment for my PTSD and just trying to keep myself from becoming triggered was very hard and yes I'm a bit traumatized from my shopping experience here. Shopping with WIC is hard enough, I didn't need this. I didn't deserve this, I just wanted some peace and to get my family and child some food. Is that too much to ask for from this Walmart? Even as I write this review, I feel triggered. I hope a representative reaches out because this needs to be resolved, and preferably with a simple apology.

Not a fan of walmart but they have everything you need in one stop so your almost forced to go here. Love how they fired 90% of register workers and replaced them with robots

It's Walmart. You go there because you need stuff. Be nice to the staff. They work at Walmart. Life is rough enough without people making it worse.

Walmart is basically critical for a one-stop shopping experience, but that comes with issues. It's busy all day and that means it can be hard to navigate, especially for mobility impaired shoppers. The motorized carts are hard to find due to being in use or out in the parking lot with no dedicated attendants to retrieve them. The aisles are narrow to accommodate way too much stuff, and impossible to navigate around other shoppers with their carts. Not to mention that there are more employees with ridiculously large bins gathering online orders or restocking than there are actual shoppers. And the employees seem oblivious to the fact that they are in people's way, keeping them from grabbing items from shelves.
The store also moves around items constantly and it never makes sense. Why move the pharmacy, OTC, and toiletries like shampoo and lotion all the way to the retail side near Gardening when people typically shop for those things when they get groceries?
Though they've finally brought back checkouts with cashiers, they are not set up for those in wheelchairs, scooters, etc, and you have to reach up high to make payments.
If I didn't have a caregiver with me on shopping trips, I'd never make it through this store. Please do better Walmart!

Don't go here to buy a TV. They will charge you $79 for a mounting service and not tell you. Then you call to get refund they tell you it's a 3rd party. Then you call 3rd party it's 2 to3 weeks for maybe a refund!

They don't uphold to their own schedule. There own website ans store hours show money center opens at 6am. Apparently they operate kn their own hours at 7am . Really nice to show up here then have ti waist 45 miss walking around due to this . Not that hard to adjust it online or actually open when you are suppost to

I asked the cashier, Tristan, to divide my order between two cards. Not only didn’t he, but when I expressed my shock he shrugged over and over while grinning at me. I now have to worry till Monday about my bank account as I wanted 250 to come out of both my accounts not one. He thought it was funny. It’s Saturday now and I’ll be stressing till Monday. Really mean. The grinning was so rude. I’m so upset
