A bit of a wait in line but once at the counter the service was quick, stamps were reasonably priced. Staff were friendly.

They stopped delivering my mail and started returning everything to sender saying it was a bad address I've lived here for years. I had to take my lease agreement as proof and fill out a form listing who receives mail at my address. MONTHS later they are not only still returning everything to sender but now deliver mail to my address for people that don't live here. Because of this, my bank didn't mail my new bank card and received several "bad address fees." I went to post office again and they acted like I never went in there the first time. I had to fill out another form but this time was told a supervisor/Manager would call me about this. It's been a week and I've yet to hear from anyone. Now my w-2's are not being delivered. This is beyond negligent borderline criminal. Going on 3 months....

Had an appointment to get a passport, took off work early, arrived early and lady said she didn't have time I would have to make another appointment. Very rude. This happened quite a while back. I filled a complaint with no response.

Rude woman working the counter sent me to Danhauer's to print off a shipping label. Stood in line there for 20 minutes only for them to tell me THEY don't print shipping labels. So a complete waste of my time and she still couldn't help me get my order out on time when I came back and told her that. Awesome customer service!

This post office is the worst place I've ever been too. My husband and I came to get our passport 20 minutes early, one of the tallest lady told us told us she had to do it right on time and told us to wait for 20 minutes so we did and then, once it was our turn, one of the shortest lady told us to fill it out paperwork and then the other rude lady said we have to fill out paperwork, she couldn't do our appointment so we had to reschedule. Gosh this experience was a nightmare. This company needs to hire people if they are short staff like that rude lady said.

I was supposed to have a package delivered Friday(2/26), it sat checked into the local post office until Saturday when it said it was delivered to a parcel locker(apartment mail) at 11:20AM. I checked the mail at 3:00, there was one piece of mail and no parcel locker key. I originally called the post office Friday to see if I needed to go to the office to pick it up, no answer. I called again Saturday morning no answer. I tried once more to call the office after I saw there was no locker key, during business hours, no answer. Each time I called was during normal operating hours, and I got no answers. Today Monday (3/01) after the office opened i had to call 3 or 4 times to get someone to pick up. The lady that answered was nice and I told her the issue, she took my tracking number and confirmed that it did show delivered to the locker. She confirmed my address and information, collected my phone number and told me she would look into it, I thought she was going to place me on hold but she hung up the phone. After about 2 hours I called back, the same woman answered and I said I was just calling back to check, she then began a condescending tone and told me that she told the mail carrier and they will look for it this afternoon (this call was around 10:15AM) but she wont know anything until after that.So my package that was supposed to be delivered Friday, got "delivered" Saturday morning with no key, the office never answered their phone, and now its Monday, still cannot have my package. I am told I have to continue to wait, for an undisclosed time, in order for the mail carrier to get over here and "look" for my mail which by now worst case could've been stolen...I continuously have issues ever since I moved into this particular postal office jurisdiction. My packages are constantly missing/no assistance from postal workers.Update(3/01 1:20PM): Spoke to mail carrier, she opened the parcel lockers and didn't find my package. She told me to call back to the office, so I call and get someone on the phone only to hear "Thank you for calling Newburgh post office" *click*..Try calling back only to be left ringing until the line disconnected.I drove up to the post office to settle it in person, clerk pulled up my order, told me it was delivered at the same time handing me a paper to leave my information telling me the office manager will look into it to see when it was last "pinged"..I asked when I would be expecting to hear back and he said she was doing something but after that she gets to "these". So I left, my "delivered" package is missing and I am no closer to a resolution.

Jennifer at the Newburgh, IN 47630 post office answered my call and helped me with my hold mail - package delivery questions. She was so kind, polite, courteous in getting all my questions answered and ensuring my package delivery.
