John’s crew did an excellent job of installing our new flooring in our new log cabin. The crew was prompt, courteous and very efficient. The product installed is a superb heavy wood grain vinyl. I would highly recommend having John handle your next flooring project.

We loved our experience with Sunrise! They replaced carpet in all three of our bedrooms and we're thrilled with the outcome. Pricing and quality were much more competitive than big box stores, the ordering process was smooth, and the installer was quick and professional. So happy we could keep business local! Highly recommend Sunrise!

Just had carpet installed in a home. Any carpet seller can do that. But Matt and Vinny, installers from Sunrise Flooring and Cabinets did a great job. Pricing was good. Installment was as scheduled. Confirmed by the owner John, then a second call by installers to say they were on the way. Carpet laid in a timely manner AND they cleaned up afterwards! Very personable and professional. I highly recommend AND will contact them for any future flooring needs and you should too.

Very pleased customer!!! Sunrise replaced some carpeting in our home. John was very helpful at showing us the exact carpet that would work for us. Once installed we were so pleased and loved the way the carpeting looked.The installer’s that John has, whether it be carpet or LVT, laminate, hardwood installers, do an awesome job and are very professional.Thank you Sunrise!!!

Sunrise Flooring was recommended by someone because they are a locally owned business in Newburgh. I like the LVP flooring and carpet that I chose but the installation has left a lot to be desired. I have overlooked a lot of items, showing up to install LVP & carpet without a phone call, text message or email, scratches and boot prints on walls from the installers, the installers working four hours and leaving for the day at noon, or saying they have been asked to help on another project and leaving, which meant leaving my flooring partially done. Then after all the flooring was laid, I (the customer) decided to put the remaining box and a half of LVP in a closet instead of carpet. According to the installers, I would need 3 or 4 additional planks which means ordering one box of LVP. Four weeks later, still no additional box of LVP to complete the job or response to my email. The owner also kept the carpet and pad ordered for the closet, charged me for it then said "I will have to sell that as a remnant." Which means he is profiting from that twice.I have since told the person who recommended Sunrise Flooring to reconsider advertising for this company.
