Claudia Tascon Pena: It is unfortunate that today after so many years of being a customer we ran into an issue with one of your employees. This is not the first time it happens. A few months ago my husband Luis called and she was very rude to him too. I am not sure of her name, but she was absolutely rude and also had a very bad attitude. I told her people like her should not work at a place like Storage Masters with a good reputation, and told her to not talk to us. I am not sure if she is racists or that is just her. Either way this is not acceptable.Fortune, her supervisor was there and was able to help us with our issue. She explained to us what was going on and was very sweet and polite.I hope someone talks to her and straightens her attitude out.Thank you.Claudia and Luis Tascon

I went here looking for a notary. Unfortunately at this location, they didn't have one However, the young man working there was kind enough to tell me where I could find one here in Newburgh. That was awful nice of him.

I had issues all weekend and trying to reach them has been hard with school n military plus the kids. I called alot and no answer. Today, the lady I spoke with was very nice and helped me out with the issues I was having.

Dont rent from these people. Lots of choices better than them. I rented a storange unit from them for a couple years. When I advised I was moving out of it and did so before month end, I ended up being charged on my credit card for the following month. I called and was told I would receive a check in the mail refunding the overcharge. Now, they have charged me for a second month. My credit card provider is now involved in refunding me 2 months of fraudulently charged rent for a storage unit which I did not have access.
