The first 2 times I went I got the same lady and she was WONDERFUL. I got gel color the first time and gel French tips the second and honestly the French tip she did was one of the best… well I went in Saturday and got a man and he was awful. Not only did he rush his way through it but also when I pointed stuff out he ran a file over the end real quick and said “that’s better” and kept going. I even showed him a hair that was stuck to the polish and he didn’t get it out… not to mention that I left with spots of gel and white paint on my skin… he didn’t cut my cuticles or massage and use lotion (which is why you pay extra for the mani let’s be real ?) I got engaged that evening and ugh! My nails looked awful. I had to angle my hand for pictures to hid the awful job he did. I don’t want to bash this place because that first lady was truly outstanding but that guy… no good!!

They did pretty good on my toes and nails. I tried to talk to my nail tech and he wasn't much of a talker so we just kind of sat there in silence- which is fine for most. He did My nails exactly the way I asked.

gel polish application No removal, no manicure 30 dollars is too expensive and was treated like I wasn't there The phone call, the entire time, seemed more important Rude, in my opinion.Won't be back

Tom did my nails, he was very kind and they came out so beautiful!! I’ve gotten tons of compliments. And another thing, every time I go here I do the gel colors with acrylic and it’s so fast. Less than an hour and you still get those amazing results. I’m sure there’s times it takes longer this is just my experience.

Ive had two different experiences at this salon. The first time Tom gave me a beautiful set of acrylics even though it was late at night and almost closing time. The second time i got a different nail tech. At first everything was going great, he shaped my nails and i wanted to make sure we were on the same page about how i wanted the shape. i attempted to say, “can you shape them a little rounder” but before i could even finish he cuts me off and yells “I KNOW I KNOW” now at this point im getting emotional because of the unnecessary yelling that’s going on. when he comes back he begins to file my nails and has a death grip on my hands. i felt as if he was angry at me for trying to ask him a question. when he was painting my nails he did a messy job, and there is specks of glitter in my french manicure that were not supposed to be there. the bad nail tech is in the very top left corner of the salon. he was very disrespectful and it was frustrating that teenagers aren’t given the same customer service as adults.Service: Acrylic nails

I went with a friend that has a disability on her right side from a stroke and they treated her with disrespect, made her cry and then took her nails off instead of giving her the fill in she wanted. I won't go back.Service: Acrylic nails

ABLEISM!! I'm outraged that they disrespected my youngest sister that has had a stroke that left her right side with very little mobility. She explained to the young man that the person that usually does her nails (who was out for vacation), has to guide her right hand where they need it and she doesn't mind him doing so. He asked her if she could put her own hand in the nail dryer and she explained that she could if she picked it up with her left hand. He refused to give her a fill-in and said he would just remove her nails. She started to cry and he filed her nails off and charged her to do so! Getting her nails done is one thing that brings her pleasure and makes her feel pretty. I can't believe how insensitive he was to her and he never addressed her crying. I intend to spread the word!
