“We went in to find a fuse I blew while cooking dinner. We got to the area, and I asked an employee, and he called on his walkie to other employees. Five seconds later, 3 more employees showed up and found what I needed. We were in the store for 7 minutes tops. The help they gave my kids and I got us back to the house and eating dinner faster than I expected!”
“I like this PetSmart. The staff is mostly helpful and I can easily find what I need. They keep their medicine behind the counter due to theft, so if you need Seresto or dewormer, ask an associate.”
