Very nice selection of food AND supplements. One of the few organic/health markets left in the area. I like to buy the buffalo and elk meat, when available. Also, the clerks are very helpful and ready to answer questions when searching for certain products.

Been shopping here for years from across the bridge in Owensboro, KY. We love this place. Small and quaint with friendly service. They have a small selection, however what they do carry is simply the best brands and local meats and eggs. Their produce is next to none as it's always delicious and full of flavor, not your supermarket sprayed soaking wet produce. This is a major plus for me as I'm a juicer and a vegan. So I really need maximum nutrition from my foods. Thank you to the owner of this magnificent place for health conscious folks! Your a blessing to us all. I thank you for your time, effort & energies spent to create such a wonderful high vibrational space.
