I was told about this pharmacy in July 2023. I couldn't believe it. A pharmacy that delivers to its patients & believes in giving its employees weekends off. That's unheard of but here we are. Such wonderful service. The delivery drivers are amazing. Thank you all for everything.

They are the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with!! First pharmacy ever to have the pharmacist come to my home to introduce himself and learn a little bit about me and my needs and medical conditions!! Every one I've ever spoken with over the phone are kind and will try to help you as much as possible, they are always able to answer any questions about my medications in a clear, and knowledgeable manner! I usually get all my medicines delivered by some great delivery guys!! (They always ask how I'm doing!) This time I had to go into the pharmacy because I wasn't going to be home for delivery due to some appointments and with them being closed for a long memorial day weekend I had to pickup this prescription at the pharmacy! (They don't deliver on weekends) I recommend this pharmacy highly! Also this is one of the few compound pharmacies out there!

Lewis and his staff truly care about their patients by going above and beyond. They know you by first name and always welcome you everytime you walk through the door. Great Job Lewis and team.

It is the best pharmacy to go to hands down. They are quick and very polite and won't hesitate to carry on a conversation with customers. If you go in and your prescription isn't ready they will get it ready in a matter of 1 or 2 minutes. So if you are ever looking for a different pharmacy to go to: then I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Great pharmacy and the people very nice and helpful, very informative and when I come in they know who I am unlike other pharmacies. They go out of their way to make sure you have what ya need and the right things. Other pharmacies need to learn how to talk to customers and they could learn that from these staff members at optimum.

Generally great service and I prefer to use local services. However, If you go to pick up and the girl is on the phone she doesn’t acknowledge you in any way. I stood for five minutes while she talked to a customer on the phone and not once did she look at me or signal “just a minute” I think a little customer service training might help.

There originally a commucation issue with my fur babys medication being delivered. I called and spoke with Lewis(sp) he told me that the delivery driver had already left for the day and they would do the best they could as far as getting it ready. Being that the medication is for seizures they went above and beyond and were able to bring it to me.. I could not be more appreciative for the effort they displayed! Big THANK YOU to the staff of Optimum Wellness!

There is no substitute for a local hometown pharmacy. We will never go to a chain store again. Prices are quite competitive and better in most cases and the service from Lewis and his crew is far superior to any you will find anywhere. Do yourself a favor and switch to the best. You will not be disappointed.

They have no idea what they are doing. My prescription could not be filled again without a $5000 copay. On rx that was pre authorized for a year in Oct. No one spoke clear English. And I was transferred multiple times before I was hung up on.
