This location is annoying. I don't go in, my work has an ATM card I have to use at their own ATM. This Loomis truck is out here over a hour between 9-11 with the ATM down and the workers just sitting in the truck. I bank at a CU and another big bank and never seen the atms down more than 15 minutes so I have no idea what they are constantly doing at this bank. Probably eating lunch because I rarely see them out of the money truck.

I just called and spoke with Brandon from this branch trying to get information on how to close my dad’s bank account because he passed away and not only did he interrupt me several times when I was trying to ask a question, but he repeatedly said “IF my Dad passed away” insinuating I could be lying about that. He even referred to the situation as a “mess”. Zero compassion and just a very aggressive manner in which he spoke to me during a phone call that was hard for me to make.

If you are low income, go elsewhere for your banking needs. They charged $8 a month just to have an account. I'll be down to my last $20 and here they come to take their bloody $8 fee. The good news is, if you have money in your account they dont charge! But if you cant afford it, boom. Make it make sense! Greedy.

I do not recommend the drive through for a cash deposit. I count our money more than once prior to going through the drive through. I know how much money is in there before I go. Today the teller told me there was $8 less than what I know was there. I keep a record of where the cash comes from at home, before I ever go to the bank. I checked that record and I was correct. This has never happened to me before. I plan never to use the drive through for a cash deposit again. ONB made an error today.

I recently had some questions about a joint account with a friend who recently passed. CAMILLE met me at the door and immediately took me to her desk where she answered all of my questions, reassured me of any more concerns I had, and did everything with genuine concern and compassion! CAMILLE is very professional, personable, and patient! CAMILLE is a keeper! I would strongly recommend CAMILLE to anyone who has any questions about his/her finances! CAMILLE is a KEEPER! =)

I have had nothing but problems with this bank. I do not recommend banking at this branch or with old national period. If my issues aren't immediately fixed in the morning I will be pulling all my money and going somewhere else. Nothing but problems here!

the lady was very rude when i tried to go in and pay my car payment, i asked if it would be okay if i paid with my debit card and she said she would rather me pay with a check or cash, when at the time i couldn't go to my bank to get cash out and i do not like using checks and then told me it “takes too many steps†if i were to pay with a debit card, when all she did was go over and run my card through like a normal debit card.

Judy is the best employee in the Newburgh branch and has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful!
