Disappointing… We moved in and there were bed bugs present. They were treated in a timely manner but was miserable in the meantime. Our a/c unit downstairs was always needing maintenance. Once we worked through some of the struggles, we liked our unit and our neighbors.

We lived in Newburgh Rentals for 5 years. John the manager was always amazing and went out of his way for us! I even referred other family members who now live in the community. I highly recommend!

My wife and I moved here from California to start a new job at Toyota we wanted to pay a whole year in advance.. so we went to get a cashiers check for them for $50 to run our credit we call back three days later just to be told that there were multiple people in front of us if they would’ve told us that in the beginning it would’ve saved a lot of headache I would not recommend this company to anybody they totally miss lead us I guess being from California they were a little prejudiced I don’t know That’s not the way you do a business Where we come …?

It wasn't a bad place to live, maintenance was responsive to repair requests, however it was abundantly clear that the owners are only focused on money. Take that for what it's worth.

We just moved from one of their properties to another one. We needed to downsize. John (the excellent maintenance man) found us exactly what we needed. Lori ( manager also excellent) along with the owners made it the easiest move we ever had. On top of it all they even worked it out to save us money ! The neighborhood is great. The house is awsome. We definitely wanted at least a 2 year lease here. I can't say anymore or people will think this is not real lol.

Lived there for 4 years with decent experiences. Manager changed once shortly into first lease. Place is quite spacious for price, relatively, I had a 3 BR, 2 bath, w/ 2.5 car garage & open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room. Was not in clean or good condition at move in, but in clean condition at move out with numerous upgrades. I am still waiting on my security deposit which should be in escrow. Almost a month into the "month or so" I was told it would take to get it back. Numerous attempts to contact have gone unanswered. Not sure if I would go back except maintenance was always quick and excellent (I'd give them a 5 individually) and the cost for the location and size was great. Military PCS promoted my move out. More to follow on review update pending security deposit issue. Just bring washer and dryer and now lawn. All electric with extra paid for water, sewer, trash, phone, cable. 3 internet providers offer 1GB service at this address.

I wanted to look at a house and lori just completely blew me off. It either had to be on her schedule or nothing at all. We had kids and a fulltime job so weekends were pretty much the only time and she more ir less laughed in my face. Wont look there again

Laura Dias is a manipulator and thief! I sent an application in and paid the fee. After over a week of having to call everyday Laura Dias said I was denied. When I asked why she refused to tell me why or give me any explanation other than "the company must have found something like a criminal record". I informed Mrs. Dias that she may want to confirm what ever the "company" found and ask the customer to explain what ever deficancy was. I honestly felt as though she had no intention on renting to me. She knew from the initial conversation she wasn't going to rent to me and had me spend money on a background check and instead of paying anyone she pocketed the cash. She should be ashamed of herself stealing from hardworking Americans. May God judge her harshley!

The most basic option on everything, cheapest appliances, cheapest flooring, cheapest fixtures. Repairs are done the absolute cheapest way possible. They do not keep property in good condition. pulled over 200 pounds of sludge out of my gutters and I just moved in so it was never cleaned. my Fence is falling apart with massive gaps, several broken boards but not getting fixed. Toilet runs, , my first water bill was 182.00 and a 100.00 sewer bill with only two people living here. said I used 6200 gallons of water my first month. They invest no money in making the rentals a nice place to live. The maintenance guy is nice but need to have more than one for over 90 properties. Makes me wonder if they get a bonus for having the lowest possible expenses because they sure don't spend any money on the properties.

I have rented from Newburgh Rentals for over 3 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. They are always friendly and are very helpful when problems come up. I would recommend them to anyone!
