If you are retired like me, Jill's is great for normal men's haircut. Reasonable fee, works by appointments, and does great job. Fun to chat with as well.

I needed a hair cut, and my neighbor told me his daughter Jill cuts hair in newburgh. That was over 2.5 years ago and I've been going to her since then.
