Clumsy staff, somewhat rude. Charged everything the guy behind me bought on my ticket, took every penny out of my account leaving me with nothing to eat or buy food for my dog. Now I have to wait up to 10 business days to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be going there again.
