I have no doubt the tone of the review and the context has nothing to do with the store or the employees. It's a shame we live in a tyoe of world today where people take their personal issues and take it to someone's work place and try to cause issues there. When I went there I was welcomed and helped with all my annoying questions. I'm not up to date with technology at all, I'm sure today's five year olds have more knowledge then myself. There was one guy, I think his name was Mike, Matt, something like that. He was so patient with me and helped make sure I understood the phone, the plan all of the above. If you are thinking of getting a new phone and plan, especially if you're slow like myself, ask for Matt or Mike. He was great! I def hope he gets a raise, he deserves it!”

From the very start I was greeted by a very friendly person, I wish I could remember her name. She advised she would be glad to get my cellphone concern resolved with a service tech. After a very short wait, I met Grace, She greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly voice and asked what brought me in to see them. She listened patiently to my concerns and acknowledged she’d be glad to see how she could help me. She was very knowledgeable and informative about my iPhone. Grace is a wonderful asset to the Customer Service department and the AT&T family. .”
