Called to set up an appointment to get my transmission looked at, as it’s covered by Jaspers warranty. The owner was rude and short with me. I ended up ending the call to get more information that was requested. And when I called back my phone number was blocked!

Very nice and knowledgeable. I was told I had a transmission problem. They looked at it, and within 10 minutes told me it wasn't transmission problems. Plus, he only charged me some canned goods for a food pantry. I highly recommend.

I went in for a diagnostic on my transmission and all it cost me was 5 canned goods. Jeremiah took amazing care of me and my car, explaining everything in the process. I fully believe they had my best interest in mind. I will be recommending them to anybody who listens, and taking any future vehicles to them!!

My 2014 Chevy Silverado‘s transportation was not right and it affected driving comfort engine rpm. I took the truck to Mitchells and they made it right. I bought the truck new and once again it ships and drives like new. The work was spelled out clearly and was accomplished quickly. They’ll get your vehicle back working properly as soon as they can. I always read reviews before I call a company or person for service. Firecracker Performance/ Mitchell Transmission got my attention with their good rating and reviews. I want a transmission coolant put in my car. I called and Jerry answered and I gave him my request. His first question to me was what am I trying to tow? I told him it was a small trailer and told him the year and make and model of my car. Jerry then began to berate me and told me my vehicle could not tow anything and he was not going to touch it, etc. Well, my vehicle has been towing my small trailer for four years! I did my due diligence when purchasing my vehicle and my trailer. My vehicle is six cylinders and has a towing capacity of up to 3500 pounds. I tow a small 12 foot trailer with a GVWR weight of 1763 pounds!! Mind you, Jerry never inquired as to any of this information. Jerry was much more interested in berating a woman and "informing " her that her vehicle could not tow anything!I would also like to state that Melchiors installed the hitch and trailer brakes on my vehicle and they did the due diligence of making sure the vehicle could tow before the installation.I am not impressed with Jerry. Needs communication skills!

I went out here this morning and man did I learn a lot... Jeremiah came out and took my truck for a drive... When he returned he stated the issue was not the transmission but an electrical demon... He recommended a guy to have check it out...Now when I say he stated, it wasn't a diagnosis... It was his professional opinion and years of experience... Very friendly, very professional but also down to earth attitude...Even though I don't drive a new truck (Its 94 GMC) he treated me well and offered up what he felt would lead me into the right direction... What I will say is that 2 other transmission places wouldn't take the time like Jeremiah did...All they wanted to do was have me bring it so they can diagnosis it at an unbelievable labor rate... Thank you Jeremiah for helping out a retired disabled person who's truck is not the prettiest but it's all mine...Don't hesitate folks, go see Jeremiah and the crew and thank me later...

Jeremiah and the crew did an amazing job, Jeremiah was very clear and honest from the beginning about the scope of work required. In a world of over promising and under delivering for timelines Jeremiah seems to go the other way. My service was initially estimated at 10 days but the crew was able to complete the work in about 6 days, with clear communication from Jeremiah along the way. When some follow up work was needed (no fault of Jeremiah or his crew) Jeremiah went far above and beyond what I expected to help fix the problem. He runs an honest shop with quality service. I don't think you can find a better transmission shop around.Service: Transmission

Outstanding service! Jerry and Jeremiah spent more than an hour discussing and troubleshooting my vehicle with me. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and candid. They explained everything in layman's terms. To me, Mitchell Transmission is the only place to have my vehicles serviced!! Job well done, gentlemen!

My car was having problems when I was driving & since I know little to nothing about cars I pulled off the interstate & was prepared to never drive my car again. (Yes a bit dramatic) I saw Mitchell Transmission’s sign across the street and called them hoping they could give me some kind of answer since they were close. They helped me within minutes of calling & it was a quick & easy fix & they were so incredibly helpful. Customer service was a 10/10 & Jeremiah was incredibly helpful.
