Arthur was so awesome! My first time in the store I was won over within a few minutes. I’ve been a faithful customer at another store for years and will no longer be going there after the experience I had at Luxe. Awesome inventory, good prices, and Arthur couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10… highly recommend.

Awful. I went in to buy a vape, received "help" from the bigger man that works there. In the middle of getting said help, he decides to walk outside and scream at an Amazon man. As the Amazon man came in to give him his packages, the vape shop worker proceeds, unprovoked, to berate him for seemingly no reason as I'm trying to buy a vape. Awful service, and the vape was bad too. Never going again.

Friendly, knowledgeable service! Cool customer programs! Awesome snack choices from a around the world. Nice variety of product and if they don't have what you want, they will get it. Superior service. Arthur IS the Vape Man! Its like stopping by to visit with a friend kinda place!???

Arthur is our vape guy. We live out of town but we make sure to always stop in when we visit family because the prices are reasonable and he always has great recommendations!!
