I recently started helping my elderly father with finances. He was being shamelessly fleeced by another Evansville area insurance provider that he had been using for 70+ years. I contacted Josh Goben at Allstate (I have been an Allstate customer for years here in South Texas, they are pretty competitive.) Josh jumped through hoops to help us and find every possible discount. His offering was competitive with Geico, etc. I really appreciate his personalized help! Just what my parents needed at this season of their lives! Thanks Josh!

Josh is the best agent I have ever had. I went the online route with no agent for a few years after confusing billing by yet another agent. I hated it. Especially when trying to figure out how much home owners insurance. I really prefer having someone very knowledgeable of the area and of my insurance needs. Highly recommend Allstate and seeking Josh as an agent.

Josh is an amazing agent! He walked me through everyhing on our home and auto policies and never made me (or my 3 littles) feel like an inconvenience. He is always just a text or email away. This is a fantastic family run branch and Allstate as a company has been great too!

Fabulous experience with Josh. He had an incredibly quick response rate and took care of any questions I had. He had a very busy office the day I came in but that didn't take away from providing the attention and care he offers. He was very kind and professional. I felt like I was being treated like family. Best service I have ever received. I will recommend to anyone I know.

Unfortunately my husband and I did not have the greatest experience with Josh and his firm. The lack of communication from him and his office make it challenging to get anything done. Recently, I left a message to inform him I would not like to renew my policy but the money was drafted from my account the day after my “scheduled” policy renewal. When calling back to cancel we are told that it would be 1-2 weeks before receiving a refund from corporate. Makes going through a local agent unproductive.
