The new automatic wash with the brush's, damaged the paint and pinstripe on my car. Yet, didn't do as good a job as the old touchless used to do. I should have known better. Never have had a good experience with touch car wash. Won't be back.
This pertains to the Newburgh location.

BEWARE!
The gas lid cover was ripped off our vehicle at the Newburgh location. It was seen by employees and was on their camera system. Was reassured this would be handled and repaired immediately.
Reached out multiple times,[my husband] at Newburgh and Evansville locations. Spoke to multiple managers, employees,even owner. Gave them several months, were told all kinds of different things. Even kept our monthly membership going for months. Now a year later of being more than patient, and not posting anything negative. They did nothing to correct the situation, other than lie and make multiple false promises about repairing the damage.

The car wash does an ok job. Vehicles come pretty clean and staff is nice. Why one star? They changed things to an app where you have to scan a bar code. If you have a vehicle bigger then a moped it is very hard to get the angle to scan the phone bar code. I watch attendants walk out over and over to scan people’s phone because they can’t reach the reader. If they fix this issue I will adjust score.
The scanner I see the most trouble with is the main terminal closest to 66 that leads to the manned wash. Sometimes this issue causes cars to back up onto 66.
I would change this review to Four Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ when it’s fixed.

My car was super clean! I was double billed..after a few calls that was finally corrected. I was misquoted the price after the special so I did cancel for that reason.

Got $20 wash with cercote paint protection. After pulling out I had to wipe entire vehicle down to get haze off of it.

My preferred car wash! There are so many drive-thru car washes these days, but Halo has stuck to its classic roots while upgrading to modern technology. With the option for a self-wash or automated (with the guys providing a good scrub before entering the wash tunnel), my vehicle always leaves the place looking great. I appreciate the free vacuums and drying towels!

I would have more stars but the spray wand was leaking all over at the handle. Also you have to keep an eye on the credit card reader time at continue to push the button for more time otherwise it stops and you have to restart for 5$. Otherwise nice car wash. The brush handle is a bit long but would be good for a large truck. Good brush soap and pressure.

Went through a couple weeks ago and immediately started to get a flat tire after we left. Had to hurry up and drive to best one across the road to avoid having to get it towed. Turns out we had a huge piece of metal in our tire on the back left side which is the side that the tires sit in the track to go through the wash. Paid $200 for a used tire. Called the wash and told them after getting the tire fixed and they said everything looked fine on there end but a manager would call us the next morning. I drove back over there to show them the metal that was in the tire and one of the workers took it and said that the manager would call us as he already left for the day. We’ve called back a few times and manager is apparently never there. Still haven’t heard anything back and it’s been a few weeks. If I could give them 0 stars I would. $10 car wash cost me $200
