This is my new go to place for grooming. They are wonderful and Amazing. Do an awesome job and you can tell they really care. My pups were matted really bad and thick and they look amazing now.

Brought my cavapoo and gave the guy instructions. When I picked her up she was scalped w/ nails not trimmed. She was scared when i picked her up w/tail dragging. She shook on my lap all the way home. This is not like my 6month puppy. Several friends said it's the worst haircut they've seen and never take their fur babies there again!!! Including me of course.Izzy's mom

We have had our sweet boy for almost a month now.Our shaggy boy was groomed today for the first time by Sarah.While I will temporarily miss his long hair, he is so fresh with his new cut that was needed desperately.He still looks so sweet and I can now see his sweet eyes!We will definitely be back. ?

Audrey did a great job grooming my older (13 y/o) cat, Nikki. Nikki was matted and needed her sanitary area cleaned. She came out looking very good and seemed much happier with her new hairdo. Audrey was very nice and also charged fair for her services.

I sent a note with my dog, specifically said, just trim, the one dog and do not cut the hair on the rats pr tails, even if they are matted, and my poor dog is totally shaved from head to toe. I will never ever ever go to this place ever again I took two dogs in one. I can understand because her hair sicker but the one dog I brushed her and she was not matted and she is bald.

Horrible!!!Only went here bc my old cat groomer left the old company !!! And two people I know said they did great with their cats!!!Not the case!!! I knew I should of went with my gut when I walked in & it smelt like went dog In The lobby!!! I told them from the start when I made the appointment I did NOT want him shaved!!! & again when I dropped him off!!!! When I dropped him off there was 3 dogs on the schedule & they was aware of how he was with too much noise & strange dogs!!! Pretty sure he also came home with fleas!!! Never had a problem with them before all of a suDden he’s scratching non stop!!! Back to searching for a new cat groomer!!!!

My dog usually loves grooming but seemed terrified. Sat in a corner when we got home. Her nails split and not smooth and hair all over, falling off her in my car on the ride home. She wasn't silky like she normally is after a session elsewhere and looked exhausted. The staff did say they had a difficult time offering a small discount because they couldn't use a dryer, but I wonder if she even had a shampoo at all, so I wonder what their methods are and if they even tried. I wish I could've photographed her nails but I took her to the vet to have it fixed.

We have bringing our 3 yr old lab/husky mix her since before her 1st birthday, Julietta has always been amazing with our difficult girl. We love Grooming Haven. Prices are really good too!!
