The Flutter owners & Flutter girls have always gone out of their way to assist with my questions. As a 'flutter fan' who has moved out of the area, they assist with texts and photos to make sure all purchases for myself, family and gifts are perfect!I can reach out and simply say "i need some flutter love" for my daughter - or ask about a specific item - and by end of day i've received photos, suggestions on sizes, shared stories and an order is placed to ship out! While I am not local to Newburgh, I have had countless successful shopping experiences thanks to the care and customer service of the staff at Flutter. They have even had employees similar to me in size try on what I’m interested in buying and text me pictures. I also appreciate their honesty about fit and texture. Highly recommend, even if you can’t shop in person!

If you want a personal shopping experience where your business is so appreciated, Flutter is it! You can find one of a kind pieces while enjoying the cute scenery of downtown Newburgh. There is even a super convenient in store pick-up option as well as an easy to shop website. There are always new finds each visit and you leave feeling good shopping small business. I joined the Flutter family because of my positive experience and I am so glad I did.

I’ve always loved Flutter for its incredible selection of the most up-to-the minute trends in clothes, shoes and accessories. And now, my 13-year-old daughter is joining the fun! They are a great group of women !! Love to have Retail therapy with them always leave feeling better about myself and with a few laughs . They are top of the list with customer service !! Love when my husband goes they know my size my likes and he always leaves with something awesome packaged and ready to give me .
