Went in last night to get gas and the guy that works in the back kitchen area “young white male with brown hair” was at the front counter talkimg with the pregnant girl. Not only was he visibly inebriated, he smelled so loudly like marijuana that it made me sick to my stomach. It could have possibly been the young lady, but being that she was pregnant I highly doubt it. Please Casyes inform your workers that there is a time and a place for this type of behavior. I will be taking my business to the Marathon across the street until y’all can get it together.

Ordered & paid for pizza online. They didn't have my order at all. Guy at counter was lackadaisical about it. Okay, so maybe he's not the best at customer service & your biz had tech issues. However, I went on your website & sent an inquiry on 4/5. No response!

Went in to grab a pizza and the lady behind the counter was VISIBLY sick. Coughing and hacking in everything. I of course asked her why she was at work. She stated that there was no one to close and the store would have to close down. Where is the manager? Why wasn’t the manager there to cover? This is not the first time I as a customer have been exposed to something because they are understaffed. The worst part is watching these workers work while they’re are sick and the bosses not caring. Needless to say, i won’t be back. Management needs to be revamped because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Never any pizza. Lady behind register coughed everywhere the whole time and forget about getting your stuff bagged.I’m so glad there are other options to stop at, I’ll definitely be trying them out.

They wouldn’t be able to answer the phone if their lives depended on it. I’ve been trying to call for the past hour to ask them if their tire pump is working because last time I went there it took air OUT of my tire and my tire pressure went from 18 to 10 and I had to quickly go somewhere else for my air. Not only that but the phone number is listed on their website, why have a phone number if you’re never going to answer. If I could give a zero star with a review I would because this is absolutely ridiculous. And before anyone asks yes. I have already gone to the store to ask in person about the air and to let them know what happened last time and the girl at the counter was extremely rude. She looked at me rude, rolled her eyes and told me I’m probably doing it wrong. I know how to put air in my tire. I am extremely disappointed in this place do better, like how hard is it to do your job and help people?

3 stars because the gas station is so nice but the elderly blonde lady working cashier on June 29, 2023 was extremely rude about cash only because of storms. I said I didn’t see the sign and she was really rude about it. I wasn’t even fighting her on it, but was in shock on her response…

EVERY MORNING, I see empty sandwich shelves, the iced coffee machine is always out of at least 1 if not 2 of the 3 selections in it. BUT hey the manager is happy just standing behind the counter mostly bragging about his updates in his home to the HARD WORKING employees trying to do their jobs. I think if he was more concerned about the condition of his company's profit loss in paying for empty real estate in the store, maybe people would not be going elsewhere looking for their lunches and and iced coffees, pastries etc. Walking into a store with empty shelves is not what I want to see first thing in the morning, its very disappointing......

Ok, so one of the only gas stations in Newburgh that sell flex fuel for my truck. Can not even go at night to get gas because for some reason it 2023 and they close. Not even open when they are suppose to be. It 5:00am on a Friday and closed. I know of 10 people that have tried to go there on the way to work. You would get alot of business if you open 24 hr even if it's just for gas. I called at 5am he said they were open. Went to get gas I was on E. I get there not open thus is at 515 am. Had to go somewhere else to get my gas. Well ran out and stuck on side of road. Thanks Casey's appreciate employees can not make it to work on time. OPEN THE PUMPS AT NIGHT OR JUST STAY OPEN.

I went to Casey earlier today to get my order. The pizza took over 45 mins to get ready. Once I got it the man attempted to hand me the pizza sideways between two good warms. This attempt didn’t go well causing him to drop it and the pizza rolling up. The guy said it is what it is and walked away. I paid 13.99 for the pizza and showed another employee who didn’t seem to care either. With the way the world is going idk how this place will stay in business. I probably won’t be back to this Casey’s for anything ever again.

The people are nice and friendly and the service is great. The only bad thing about this place is for the people who work at night they cut those of us with flex fuel vehicles off I almost ran out of gas trying to find an open station and every location I went too the dispenser is closed

it's really the, " you're a grown a** women " comment 4 me; BCUZ this location is very nonsense w their common senses of working! LOL not the age matches the positionhow do you go about askin 1st AN ACTUAL GROWN A** MAN for their WHOLE BIRTHDATE.. BACKDOOR ask 4 an ID verification 4 a simple .79cent a** jazz black w a plastic tip 2b VERY PERCISE SHE ASKED FOR ID THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK BIRTHDATE AGAIN 4 the 2X in a rowNeedless 2 say the grumpy misery lady wanted 2b a smart ugly alic since she responded w/, " cuz I can do whatever I want " well that goes white trash 4 you.. EVEN after kindly letting her know how UNPROFESSIONAL that was, regardless OF the law, that was no way 2 even treat a customer. Actin like u a fed. U work 4 a gas/pizza junk parlor lol NO WORRIES. Get better staff at least smh. Nasty nec attitudes/: Makes you question wtf is humanity at a gas station w/ a stupid mind like that. GOD BLESS EVERY LAST 1 OF u peasants.

The employees greet you as soon as you step foot in the door. The food is fresh, and delicious. They introduced me to biscuit and gravy pizza, and it was mind blowing!!! If you haven’t stopped by the bell road location you’ve been missing out. 10 star review in my opinion.
