The BEST customer service I've seen in a long time! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. They were fully booked but ended up having a cancelation and fitting me into the schedule that day. Madison took the time to explain what services were needed, pricing, warranties, and answered all my questions. In addition, she was pleasant and personable. When my car was complete I got a call from a different man who informed me that there would be more work needed. He was understanding, empathetic, and let me know I could apply for a card to cover the cost of the work I needed without being pushy. I felt that both employees went above and beyond to help me out.
I HIGHLY recommend the Best One in Newburgh, IN.

Best One Newburgh will always be my go-to for oil changes! I got a complete oil change service for $31.26 after fees and tax- that’s an unbeatable price!! This full service includes Valvoline synthetic oil change (only $29!), brake check, battery test, oil filter, fluid top off, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. It’s so easy to call and schedule an appointment and the service is completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Best One, for your reliable and impressive service!!!

Said tread was too low to repair the tire. Spot that they said leaked didn’t leak it was somewhere else but that didn’t matter to them cause they were only interested in selling me tires. I’ll never go back!

This place constantly tried to upsell you. They told everyone in the lobby waiting one thing or another about something else their car needed. Most everyone declined until they told an elderly lady she needed new air filters, lady agreed. Also beware of the scam 8.5% fee that they claim is for shops supplies but finally the sign says the fee could be for profit. This place is a typical scammy auto repair shop. I’d avoid.
