“Knapp auto was great! Working here in Evansville from out of town and my vehicle starter was going out. Ford dealerships - four dealerships could not repair my truck for two weeks because they were booked up in the service department. Knapp replaced my starter. IMy vehicle was fixed the next day. “Can’t say enough great things about this business and the manager Kyle. Brought in a vehicle I was looking at that was a rebuilt title. I explained I have a child, and one on the way and was concerned it could possibly have frame damage. Not only did they fit me in right away to look at it they did it for free. Showed me the damage to the frame and advised me against purchasing it. Just hard to find businesses like this these days that care about their community even though I was not a customer. Thank you to the Gerber staff and their awesome manager!! The receptionist I think her name was Diane was also so nice to my son and I in the waiting room.
