1320 Lee Ct, Evansville“I have been here for a couple of months now and I have nothing bad to say. Our area is quiet, my neighbors are great and my apartment is nice and comfortable. It’s a great property to rent from”
“Customer service was A+! I called to ask some questions and spoke with the property manager McKenzie, and she was so nice and extremely helpful! I will definitely consider this property when I move in the future.”
“Been here about 8 years has been nice! Big problem I have is being forced to get internet through the timbers! Speeds vs prices compared to what you can get from the companies around town is by far outrageous. I get about 1/2 to 1/4 the speeds for the price in comparison.”
“Its affordable. Beautifully decorated apartments. People are nice. Staff and maintenance very nice and accommodating. Pets allowed. Laundry facilities Nice grounds. Playground.”
“I love being a part of this apartment complex community! I have lived here for the last 3 years and I've had no issues! They do things for their residents a lot throughout the year! The office staff is super helpful and very nice! Maintenance is fast and helpful when it comes to any apartment issues!”
“The people that give negative reviews need to read the contract you signed before complaining. The soul purpose of the contract is to benefit mostly the company that owns the complex. The person complaining about batteries in the smoke detector, uh, it says in the contract it's your responsibility. The person complaining about needles in the carpet, im sure they vacuumed the carpet before you moved in, and even if they didn't, who cares, most people just vacuum when they move in themselves. And how were they supposed to know there are needles to begin with. it's not the people in the office fault. Also, the people in the office are human beings just like the rest of us, we all make mistakes in various ways and are far from perfect. Most negative reviews are from entitled cry babies that believe just because they pay to live here, the people in the office will cator to their needs. This is a business, not a retirement home.”
