Made a grass seed purchase at Ryans Best Hardware store. Not knowing how much grass I needed to seed my lawn. Bought an extra 50 lb. bag of grass seed at this store. Not needing one of the extra 50 lb. bags tried to returning it the next day and was told they don't take seed back. There was no sign telling me that when I bought it nor did I even think twice that it was possible. One thing is certain is that I will never step foot back to this store.

Clean and well organized store. Sadly, these hardware stores can't afford to be stocked like they used to. Found 1 of 2 items I was looking for. For the first time in the 23 years I've lived here, I had to look for someone to help me, and they just pointed me in a direction.

Last time I am going in this store. No one ever offers to help and they aren’t busy. No greeting, guess women are invisible. I have given them multiple tries, but I would rather go to a Lowe’s or Home Depot.
