We have had 5 Star Security for years!! Great family owned business with professional and knowledgeable sales staff and technicians. Any issues have been resolved promptly. 5 Star truly cares about their customers and has always treated securing my home as their own.

Their sales guy told us to use them for the sprinkler system close. I called & they told me they would be out the end of the week. The next week I called back & they just forgot us. They came out with a couple days, but when I made the first call the lady at 5 star said they could shut off the water for us with the water dept. I told them to let me know if they could not & I would. When the guy came out, the water was not turned off. Poor service overall. We’ve had their security system for a while now, and it’s fine. We’ve never had an issue, but when the system does go off, the police don’t actually come; that’s out of their control, but not sure it’s worth paying for it

We have had 5 Star for 2.5 years. The system is easy to use and gives me peace having the extra protection! Everyone that works at 5 Star has always been very professional and friendly! I would recommend them to anyone looking for security!

Been using 5 Star Security for years. Fire alarm connection error tonight and excellent service as usual. Called at 7:30 PM on a Friday and my call was answered by the owner and issue resolved in less than two minutes.
