“My brother had bought a car from them years ago had around 124,000 on it, it was bought in 2011 and sold it to my dad. My dad had it until 2017 it had around 345,000 miles on it, part was cheap to fix but hard to get to. It was both woody and Debbie and they are super friendly.”
“FANTASTIC experience with their Service Department. Brought in my 2020 Kia Forte GT MT that had a clutch go out at low mileage unexpectedly, and they immediately started pursuing my warranty options and acted in my best interest over their own. They managed to get a limited warranty I had with a third-party to actually bite and cover $1K of their $2K quote so I was only out of pocket for $1,000. I had taken it to a different shop (Christian Brothers) right beforehand and got quoted $3K and no warranties valid. Cmon, a THOUSAND dollars less at the dealer, TWO THOUSAND after warranty?
Yeah, I'll always get my repairs done here now. They know Kia's and they know what they doing here. They competitively want you to return and to always pick them, and that is respectable when it's done by providing great service. I'll be back!”
