I would not recommend this place after dealing with Kathy. She is rude, short, and condescending. After dealing with penny I expected nothing but service with a smile, however with Kathy I got unknowledgeable advise with attitude. When I asked to speak with penny she said “I am in the building and I am in charge.” After dealing with Kathy I will be telling everyone I know to go to Ustore, where it might be more expensive but you don’t have to deal with attitude. Honestly New Whiteland self storage should fire Kathy if they want customers to rent units.

I should have wrote this after moving and renting a unit. Penny has been great person to work with. She is professional. She has answered all my questions. Each time i come to the facility it’s always clean and nice looking outside.thank you for having such a wonderful person and your manager. She makes you feel at ease renting.

Penny the manager there has always worked with me and been very good to take care of the customers I would highly recommend this place to anybody as long as they got a unit they do keep them busy in there her boss's needs a look at the feedback but she's always willing to work with somebody try to help him out

Penny (the facility manager) is so great to work with! I am always forgetting to make my payment, and work crazy hours. Once I told her the best way to get a hold of me, she has always sent me a reminder. When we hit hard times, she worked with me then, too. I have never had a storage place be so helpful and nice and understanding!

Horrible. Salesperson lied. We reserved 2 separate units and were told that our reservation was valid until Tuesday at noon. Tuesday morning, we show up, VEHICLES LOADED. Salesperson says, "we rented the 10x15 sunday." No substitute. Avoid them at all costs.
