My experience with Martin’s body shop was great! They were very easy to work with. They made sure to keep me updated through the whole process and got my vehicle done in the time they said they would! I would definitely recommend them!

A deer had hit our car and we had Martin’s fix the body damage. They handled everything including talking to the car insurance company. When it was fixed the car looked great. I think they washed and vacuum it out also, it looked more than great!!! I will also be an advertiser for them. Please use them and you will never be disappointed.

Very nice people! Very fast service started job a day earlier than scheduled and had had it completed 5 days ahead of schedule.
They do excellent work and looked like new when finished.

Martin's always does great body work. When I checked the car after the repairs were made, it looked brand new again. They also go above and beyond by washing it, shining the tires, vacuuming the inside and cleaning all the windows. I wouldn't trust my car's body work to anyone else. Matthew Kern, the claims manager, is fantastic to work with. Everyone I dealt with there was very nice and professional!

Martin's Body shop handled our KIA accident repair professionally, and with understanding. Every part of the process was explained in detail. We were given assistance with obtaining our rental vehicle. The work was completed in a timely fashion with perfection to every detail. We were more than satisfied with the results.

Unbelievable find! For over 30 years we only used 1 body shop in Middletown KY. By chance we were referred to Martin’s Body Shop when a family member accidentally backed into my 2022 Highlander in my driveway! CARTER P. gave me VIP treatment and also did an amazing job on the repair. His communication every couple of days was unbelievable and very detailed as to what they were doing to the Highlander and the progress. No matter how far away Martin’s Body Shop may be from your home - trust me it’s worth the drive for their outstanding work! It was approx 1 hour away from my home - but I will never use anyone but this company. They went out of their way to set up a rental car for me and had it waiting when I dropped my car off! Martin’s is first class in service and repairs! Don’t call anyone else!

We had a couple of dings in our BMW from another car door. Martin’s Body Shop easily fixed them with paintless dent repair. The car looks great, the service was excellent, and the turnaround was fast! Highly recommend.
