Two years ago I was in the same situation with an older van. I paid a place in Louisville quite a bit of money to replace the transmission and it failed again 6 months.
Had to trade the unpaid for van in with zero value to get a new vehicle….
So this time I was scared.
Thankfully I found Conrad’s and they offered me a one year unlimited mile warranty for not much more than the other place charged!
The van will be paid for in less than a year so this is a life saver!

He paid for everything that needed fixed and also made sure I had a rental while it was being fixed. “I've taken my vehicle here approximately three times, and every time they've been able to fix the problem in a timely manner and without overcharging me. The last time I brought my vehicle here was due to the fact that I had purchased tires from another business and had gone in for an oil change and a tire rotation that was included in the price of the tires that I had purchased there. The techs were unable to rotate my tires due to the fact that one of my back tires had very uneven wear and I was told that my tire bowed out. When I asked a tech to elaborate, he said that I definitely needed an alignment and I most likely had issues with my suspension. I ended up bringing my car to Sprechers and was told that yes I did need an alignment, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my suspension, and the uneven wear was due to a faulty tire. I got my alignment done and a new tire and I was good to go.”

“Super quick at getting my car in, really knowledgeable in what he does. George is super nice and professional. Had my car towed in January 9th and they have the clutch replaced in it in a week. “I took my car to these guys a couple years ago, prior to COVID, because it had a horrible misfire. The guy looked at it and told me, then SHOWED me, the issue was a damaged spark plug wire.He asked if I wanted him to fix it after showing me how simple of a fix it was (99 cavalier 2.2 non eco-tec engine, plugs and wires are right on the front. Super easy DIY change)I said nah, I'll do it but offered to pay him for pointing me in the right direction. He refused to accept payment just because he looked at it for a couple minutes and told me what to do.That's true class right there. I wish more businesses had that level of ethnic principle about them.I reached out to them today (12/12/2022) about an issue with a different car, but they told me they are no longer in the mechanic business and only do towing.Sad times for an upstanding level of service. If they ever check out these reviews, I just want to say a thank you from myself (and others who might not have told them) about how awesome their mechanic service was.”

I actually sent the restaurant a message asking if dogs were allowed. To my surprise, someone actually got back to me promptly. The answer was yes. Now that doesn't happen these days, and to bet all it was the manager.lots of TV's to watch and spacious. The layout was great. The food was really good. Total experience was absolutely fantastic.
