Absolutely no help at all. Refused to tow a random car off of our property. We have no idea who owns it. They told me to call the police to verify that it was not stolen. We did exactly that. Then they turned around and refused to tow it because they had to have the land owners permission. And because my grandma is only renting, they Absolutely refused any help to us at all. Absolutely terrible service. Do not recommend.

So we are from another state, our truck broke down and we needed a tow exactly one mile. They wanted to charge us almost 700 dollars! Call Buckley's! They charged us 80 for the same service and they were great!

I called TDS to change a tire on my 2019 Jayco Class C Motorhome on a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 Chassis. The first person I spoke to was nice, listened to me and forwarded the call to their roadside service. That person was a complete fool! Talked down to me. What kind of spare, he asked. I responded it was a 215/85/16 on a rim. The same tire i have on the Motorhome. Is it a good tire. I purchased it new, it is covered and in a rim on the back of my Motorhome. He said well you have no idea how many people call us to change a tire and it’s bad. I responded, It has never been used and is covered on a rim. I purchased the new tire and rim just in case of a situation like this. Well that would be $105 for a service call and $105 dollars an hour. I understand that I called at midnight on a Friday night. I am a 65 year old woman with a newer Motorhome (2019) that purchased new with 19,000 miles on it! I am even smart enough to rattle off the the size tires I have on my Motorhome and spare. I can assure you I could more then pay for TDS’s services! Do not call this business if you need help! They won’t help you! I called someone else and they are on their way. Don’t call TDS they don’t deserve your money you would pay for their services.

My truck was stuck on ice in a driveway the guy that got it out was nice but charging 500 for a 30 min deal is a bit much especially when I was only 5 minutes from there location they have a 2 hour minimum charge they should let people know that when they are called

CJ was great. He got there quicker than AAA said he would arrive and was lighting fast at putting my spare tire on after I got a flat. He was friendly and helpful. He also gave my very upset twins some cute little flashlights which turned their frowns upside down.
