Had a delivery at this Smoker Craft location in New Paris,IN. Showed up at 7am and the staff was quick to unload us. On the door receiving hours are 6am-2pm Mon-Fri, FCFS.

Do not buy or do business with this company. Extremely disorganized, unprofessional and a total joke to work for and do business with. Their "manager" has been known to be very aggressive towards his employees and have done very shady things. I would strongly encourage you to find a better business elsewhere.

These boats are very unsafe in salt water and by the way they don't fix any warranty work
