“I received a text update at 7:30am on Saturday Dec. 11th from our Goshen IN post office.The notice of my delivery placed on our front porch was a blessing.The packages were of significance for our 93 yr old Mom. I had asked the day before if we could stop in to collect them as we feared our family gathering would be over before they could be delivered.Obviously this was an effort above and beyond to provide more than customer service, they offered personal kindness. It made a great difference to Mom. Thank you so very much!!We appreciate you more than you know!”

“I went to the U.S. Post office in Watertown 126 Main Street 6/04/2021 and picked up stamps for our retiree newsletter. After I got home I noticed there was not a receipt in the package. So I call and explained my story. The woman on the phone called me back 30 minutes later and said they found the receipt and will mail it to me. This is the best thing that has happened to me this year next to getting my 2 vaccines. Thank you U.S. Post Office I'm giving you 5 stars today.”
