This is a great local hardware store. Love that it is an Ace Hardware now, so if I need my screens replaced again I can bring them here. I have purchased a number of items online and picked them up here. I have to say they are super helpful and willing to bend over backwards to help. Case and point: I showed up about a minute before closing to pick up a purchase and they remained open just to get me my item. I consider that great customer service. I will continue to get my products from Walker Ace. Great store!

I will be taking my business elsewhere paid them to lose all my personal information, pictures, tax forms things I don’t have a copy of and didn’t fix the problem I took it there for they’re a scam

Just wow. Came in here to check out the place. Seems a standard local hardware store.Asked if they carried an item, was responded with "oh, I'm new. " No attempt to find someone 'not new.'Two my five items rang up the wrong price. One, fixed...eventually. another was 6.49$ when it was just under 4$. Was told it was a new item so that's what the Sheet said. I said it was 3/4 bucks. "That's what the sheet says, is a new item."Listen, I am patient. I waited while you stopped ringing me up and did the other things. But I'm not blatantly paying over the ticked price because of your busted system. I get the lack of customer service at local places sometimes, but come the $#@% on, that nonchalant about overcharging a customer? I thought I'd get my floor cleaner and such here instead of a prime online retailer. I have regrets about this decision. Absolutely zero f***s were given by this staff. I'm not saying I'll never come back, but I'll only return if I absolutely have to.

I am very familiar with Walker It. I have taken a few items there originally back in 2017 , some where my personal items and then I also took a cpl thing's there and dropped them off for friends as well. I needed to get some things looked and I had inquired about some other items that had been stolen along with others that were frozen up and had very pertinent information on it that I wanted to turn in about thing's regarding some reports that I made due to fraud and hacking ,syncing and many more concerning matters aswell that I also personally address with the local authorities and other person's outside of Hancock County at the time. Walker IT was very prompt with the work for those items. Unfortunately i have had to later readdress some issues and ask them some questions regarding other devices that they had not worked on it said that we're having a lot of issues again that I reported also with my daughter's computer personal computer and other things that I had to take matters and concerns to theirs to her school along with again are we addressing with authorities and other Advocates unfortunately I very displeased with the continuous issues after that point and the lack of effort to resolve them which has really messed up our life and in a very horrible way. Aside from my personal experience with my personal items I also dealt with him on a business a more professional level as they also did some work at one of the Gym's I was managed Anytime Fitness in New Palestine ,I'm very familiar with them working on a larger scale regarding major issues , we actually had to switch providers during that process as well which wouldn't be the first time I had that issue or the first facility I was managing unfortunately. Unfortunately for me personally a lot of the original issues that I turned in have just continued on and I am currently still dealing with all of it. I most recently went Walker It about a month ago to try to catch one of the fellas in the shop,and to check out the new office space as they have moved from their original location since I last used them for services. Unfortunately nobody was available to speak with. one of the guys on this phone about a week ago about a job opening at that at their facility the guys have always been really nice they are always on the go you see everywhere you go around there so needless to say they stay pretty busy other than that Idon't have anything else more to say other than they're reasonably priced and everyone has always been professional. Considering all the arguing issues for me I may have to revisit them and readdress this matters unfortunately

I recently sought the services of Walker IT for my business computer needs. I will spare the lengthy detail and just say that I could not be happier with the products and services I received. I worked with the associate Jon W. He was extremely understanding and patient with my concerns and questions before, during, and after. I would highly recommend Walker IT and Jon to anyone I know. He went above and beyond my expectations and I am truly grateful. In my business, I define customer service as actual performance exceeding client expectations. Jon delivered that level of customer service to me. Keep up the good work and thank you again!

Question: Do you repair screens? Answer was yes. Correct answer: No, but we can send them out.Question: How much does it cost? Answer was "depends on the size" and could not provide a ballpark price.Answer from the clerk when I dropped them off was "I don't know anything bout that stuff".Bill for 8 small screens was $216. I could have bought new screens for a little more than that.Never going back!

Great small town hardware store with practically everything you need, including STIHL dealer! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Overall, a great local business that supports the community and goes above and beyond for their customers.
