“The Koger fuel center lets you use your Kroger plus card to get points off of the gasoline prices. They have drinks and snacks plus tobacco products available. The lot is kept clean and it is usually not crowded.The had does well in my car so far. I have learned all gasoline stations are not equal. This seems okay so far.”

“This Walgreens pharmacy is great. They had a rough time during the peak of the pandemic when they were short staffed and they were asked to add Covid testing and Covid shots to everything they were already doing. However, things are back to their normal efficiency. I especially appreciate Debbie, the pharmacy technician. Time and time again, she has gone out of her way to take care of insurance issues for me. She is such a hard worker and caring person. Even when things were a little stressful during the pandemic, she remained calm and cheerful.”

“A few staff are very needlessly rude and short. However the majority of the staff are kind and helpful. My medication is usually ready when they say it will be. Usually staffed well but the drive thru isn’t always open. I’m disabled so getting into the store can be a challenge. Overall pleased compared to a lot of pharmacy’s out there.”

“So sing the loan number of stars in the review made me think this place would be really sketchy but it’s not it’s actually very clean and very well stocked. Dropped in here for some supplies for an event we have going on tomorrow here in Indianapolis Indiana and we were pleasantly surprised at the variety of choices this place has it’s kind of like a mini grocery store or a mini Walmart except it’s clean unlike most Walmarts. The only drawback that I really see this place which is not surprising as they don’t have any fresh produce like bananas or apples but hey it’s not really made to be a grocery store it’s a pharmacy after all. This place even has Snoop Dogg wine I was never expecting it to carry beer and hard liquor in alcohol in wine but guess what they certainly do maybe that’s a reflection of the section of the city that were in, lol. I say that in just because I know that it truly is a reflection of the second of the city ran to carry those alcohol damages and I’m not knocking it I’m a fan. Take this place can even let you get your DVD Reynolds on outside of the Redbox if you want. Anyway this please get a double thumbs up because it really is clean and well stocked can ask for a better CVS pharmacy highly recommend it.”

“Hello, I recently visited the local Kroger store on Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN to make a special request in the Deli department. I was initially apprehensive to make the request because of past experiences and with everything that has transpired over the past few years with COVID 19 and the economy we have become short fused and less accommodating to each other. It seems that we as a people have been desensitized how to interact with each other and empathy, care, and respect is a thing of the past. I wanted to take a few minutes to offer a ray of hope. I asked for the manager expecting the worst outcome that my special request would not be honored. Then I am greeted by the manager, Kerri (not sure of the correct spelling) who not only listened but showed empathy toward my request and made me feel that my request was of the upmost concern to her (even though I know she tons of other things going on). I left the Deli on cloud nine feeling a glimmer of hope that there are still people in our society who care about providing ultimate service. This was a big deal to me because I have unfortunately become numb to subpar customer service. Kerri optimizes everything customer service stands for. Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that she totally met my needs. Kerri obviously has been grounded in excellent customer service and hopeful that she continues spreading her much needed culture abroad. Kerri is to be congratulated for a job well done! “Well, Yelp says this is my first check in here. I can hardly believe it since this is like my home away from home. It's just down the street from my house so if I get bored when the weather is decent I just ride my chair down here and look around at everything. I come so much that most of the people know me. One thing I like about Walgreens is that the prices are lower than some other drug stores and they have some good sales if you watch for them and add coupons. You can find all kinds of things here. They carry some pet supplies, laundry supplies, all types of cold drinks, ice cream, frozen pizzas, and other types of frozen foods and snacks. You can also find milk, eggs and bacon. If you want candy or cookies you've come to the right place. The candy and cookie choice is amazing and don't even mention the gum, cereal, and other food items. If you're into makeup, body washes, shampoos and conditioners, you might be surprised at all the kinds they have for you to look at. They do have medicines and a pharmacy and a clinic too. They sell alcohol and tobacco. I always wonder why children can walk in the alcohol isle in the grocery store and drug store, but cannot enter a liquor store with the parent? I'm not saying I'm for it because I'm not. I just think it's odd.”

“My recent visit on 11/29/22 to CVS was excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and can answer my questions or concerns. The Pharmacy Techs bring the Pharmacist over to answer more complex questions about side effects or drug interactions with my other prescriptions. They are reliable and have excellent follow through if anything has to be ordered. Love their text notification software!”

“Everything about this CVS is great except for the pharmacy at times. There have been many times that we've had to call them to fill our medications despite there being an online order. The worst part is rarely being able to get someone to answer the phone. That leaves only one option... drive there, let them know you have a refill or an order that was put in & stand around & wait for however long it takes for them to fill it & hope they aren't busy.”

“CVS NEW PALESTINE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are a busy little home town facility with a need for some upgrades to better accommodate their guest and do their jobs better, but they make do with what they have. They are caring, kind, and do the best they can with what they have. You are greeted with a smile never left hanging, if they don't have the answer they find it, or at least go out of their way to try. I have been a customer along with my children and family for almost 25 years at this facility and have never had a bad expierence that I ever remember. They make everyone feel special when they walk in the door and even when they are short staffed they do the best to accommodate with the little space they have, it is the best little kept secret in New Palestine , our little hole in the wall pharmacy. I know of several CVS store around here big stores all fancy and they don't have what mine has!! I am going to share it with the world, the secret???? AWESOME EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIERENCE!!!! PROUD OF MY LITTLE HOLE IN THE WALL HOMETOWN PHARMACY AND PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT ME!!!° Rather have my pharmacy than a fancy upgraded store with bad customer service any day of the week!!”
