We've owned two homes and Frey installed both water softeners! It's a great, honest, and reputable company. John is an incredibly nice man who will answer all your questions on what equipment is right for you and your family. Clayton and Zack did an incredibly professional job of installing the system and walking me through it. Noah is a very hard worker who always delivers salt with a smile on his face. Great place that I'd highly recommend!

Winter of 2022 I had a failing water softener. Historically, I had chosen one of the "big 3" softener companies around Indy. In fact, in this instance I had one of the big 3 sales people out to take a look and in conversation, the sales person actually admitted they slightly change their design and patents every few years so no one else can make parts for or service their equipment. At that time I knew it was time for a change.
I started to research softeners much more in depth to determine what I wanted. That extensive research (and a referral from a friend) led me to a brand that Frey Water carries and was exactly what I wanted.
Upon my first visit to Frey's, Paul answered every question I had, made recommendations and gave me options that would fit a few different budgets. He and his techs checked my water a couple times, upon my request, just to confirm what we were working with. Tina and the other staff was always helpful during my visits.
Once I made a purchase decision (I actually bought equipment for a second home since I was so impressed with their product offerings and service), and install was complete just a short time thereafter, and here I am 2 years later I couldn't be happier. I've lived in the same area and had the same well water for 21 years, most of which I had the "big 3" equipment, my water has never been better with the equipment from Frey's. My only regret was not coming to Frey's sooner. To this day Paul, Tina, the rest of the staff takes time to greet me and answer any questions. I highly recommend them to anyone in the New Palestine or surrounding areas.

I purchased a new water softener from Frey Water Conditioning just over a week ago. I compared pricing with a plumber and a couple other providers. Frey, by far, offered both the best price and warranty! In fact, the plumbing service that quoted me gave a price more than double what I paid Frey for a product equal in quality.
I discussed the sale over the phone with Tina, who was pleasant, professional and answered all my questions clearly. Installation was handled by Clayton and Zach. They were both knowledgeable and did a great job! I highly recommend Frey, and ask for Clayton & Zach to install for you! You won’t be sorry!!

We just bought a house on a well and it already had a softener installed from Frey. I had never heard of Frey before this, but luckily their contact info is on the screen.Paul has been super helpful and patient explaining what I needed to do to get the softener to work appropriately. We also had coliform in the well and he walked us through disinfecting it again. We had already tried bleach and the bacteria was still present.We originally bought Morton solar salt because the tank was completely empty the day we moved in. Our water was soft, but still brownish.We now have good salt from Frey and have clear, coliform free water!! I’ll never buy salt or get water advice from anywhere else.

We have been getting our salt here for years and have heard nothing but great things about this company. So, when my mother needed a new softener put in, I called Frey as my first call. They came out of their normal area to help us out, and my mother couldn't be happier. They came out, was patient while explaining the entire maintenance process as well as installing. Outstanding service guys!
